A material request is e-mailed to suppliers; the supplier submits a quote through a one-time link without logging into the panel. Quotes are compared side by side and turned into an order.
Scheduled Reminders
Automatic e-mail and SMS alerts for vehicle tax, insurance, inspection and maintenance; staff documents; HSE records; late project phases and outage plans.
QR-coded Documents
The warehouse movement document opens on a phone in the field from its QR code; shipping documents live in the system, not in a folder.
Excel Import and Export
Every list and report exports to Excel. For imports, a ready template is downloaded; faulty rows are shown before upload so you fix them and upload again.
Fuel Tanks and Vehicle Timesheets
Every draw from company fuel tanks to vehicles is tracked automatically; monthly timesheets of rented and subcontractor vehicles are posted to the cash desk once approved.
