Yes. To benefit from Şimşek Panel services you must be a registered taxpayer, whether as a sole proprietorship or a company. In addition, ETBİS (Electronic Commerce Information System) registration is a legal requirement for all sites conducting e-commerce in Türkiye.
Beyond taxpayer status and ETBİS registration: every online sale requires presenting the customer with a distance sales contract and preliminary information form (including the 14-day right of withdrawal); your site must display identity details such as trade name, MERSİS and tax number; Turkish data protection law (KVKK) requires a privacy notice plus privacy and cookie policies; İYS (Message Management System) registration is required for SMS/email campaigns; and depending on your revenue you must switch to the e-archive/e-invoice regime. Şimşek Panel ships with legal document page management and e-invoice integrations; we recommend consulting your financial advisor for current thresholds and scope.
